Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts with 21 properties throughout the world retained us to develop a frequent guest program. The photo of the little girls is from a series of ads that promoted the diversity of the countries where Pan Pacific was located. As a global host, Pan Pacific offered world class service with a local flavor. Each property maintains its own identity and is reflective of the culture it's located in.

Frequent guests are given welcome gifts that are a part of the local culture as well as upgrades and discounts. We worked directly with the corporate marketing department to develop the theme, data base and promotional items that grew this program from less than 1,000 guests to more than 40,000 in less than four years
