The Prudential
Direct mail can be a powerful tool in talking to your customers and your business partners, as well as generating direct sales. We developed a complete new customer service program for The Prudential. Using consistent mailings to small and medium-sized businesses, The Prudential was able to offer a personal insurance consultant to employers with as little as 3 employees. We created an in-house system and installed the database to link responses from our mailings directly to The Prudential's broker network. Mailings and a newsletter were also created to inform the brokers of activity within the program. A win-win situation for everyone...customer, broker, The Prudential. |
